Kroyal operates as:
- an intermediary technology platform;
- infrastructure provider;
- marketplace infrastructure;
- hosting provider;
- discovery and distribution platform;
- creator monetization platform;
- communication platform;
- ticketing infrastructure provider.
Kroyal does not operate as:
- the organizer of third-party events;
- the publisher of user-generated content;
- the employer of users or creators;
- the seller of third-party goods or services unless explicitly stated;
- the owner of uploaded content;
- the guarantor of legality, safety, quality, or performance of third-party conduct.
1. PLATFORM POSITIONING
Kroyal provides intermediary technology, infrastructure, hosting, discovery, communication, monetization, moderation, payment facilitation, marketplace, and distribution services that enable users, organizers, creators, sellers, communities, and third parties to create, publish, distribute, discover, transact, communicate, and participate in content, goods, services, events, communities, and digital experiences. Kroyal does not create, own, control, endorse, supervise, direct, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:
- user-generated content;
- creator content;
- uploaded media;
- events;
- ticket inventory;
- organizer conduct;
- seller conduct;
- venue operations;
- community activity;
- third-party products or services;
- user interactions;
- creator legitimacy;
- event legality, safety, quality, or execution.
Any moderation, verification, ranking, recommendation, enforcement, monetization, trust, fraud prevention, identity verification, or safety measures implemented by Kroyal are provided solely for platform integrity, operational, compliance, security, fraud prevention, trust & safety, legal, and user experience purposes and shall not be interpreted as sponsorship, certification, endorsement, approval, publication, partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, or assumption of liability.
2. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Services shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive any right to:
- jury trials;
- class actions;
- class arbitration;
- representative proceedings.
Where arbitration restrictions apply under mandatory local law, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Azerbaijan unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Kroyal reserves the right to seek injunctive, equitable, or emergency relief in any jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to protect:
- intellectual property;
- platform integrity;
- confidential information;
- security systems;
- fraud prevention systems;
- moderation systems.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KROYAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF REVENUE;
- LOSS OF BUSINESS;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL;
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
- ACCOUNT TERMINATION;
- CONTENT REMOVAL;
- DEMONETIZATION;
- EVENT CANCELLATIONS;
- TICKET FRAUD;
- USER MISCONDUCT;
- ORGANIZER MISCONDUCT;
- CREATOR MISCONDUCT;
- PAYMENT FAILURES;
- CHARGEBACKS;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS;
- SECURITY INCIDENTS;
- THIRD-PARTY ACTS OR OMISSIONS.
KROYAL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE USER TO KROYAL DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM; OR
(B) USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
Users, organizers, creators, sellers, merchants, communities, and account holders agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kroyal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, investigations, regulatory actions, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- user content;
- uploaded media;
- music uploads;
- intellectual property violations;
- events;
- ticket sales;
- fraud;
- payment disputes;
- chargebacks;
- illegal conduct;
- regulatory violations;
- consumer claims;
- injuries;
- death;
- venue incidents;
- tax obligations;
- sanctions violations;
- AML/KYC violations;
- misuse of the services;
- violation of these Terms.
5. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
Kroyal may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where reasonably necessary, investigate, restrict, remove, disable, demonetize, limit, suppress, age-gate, de-rank, freeze, delay, withhold, suspend, terminate, report, or otherwise take enforcement action regarding:
- accounts;
- content;
- communities;
- events;
- listings;
- payouts;
- subscriptions;
- monetization features;
- marketplace access;
- recommendations;
- discovery systems;
- verification status;
- usernames;
- ticketing functionality;
- messaging features.
Enforcement actions may occur for:
- safety reasons;
- legal compliance;
- fraud prevention;
- platform integrity;
- spam prevention;
- abuse prevention;
- payment processor requirements;
- sanctions compliance;
- AML/KYC obligations;
- intellectual property complaints;
- terrorism/extremism concerns;
- deceptive conduct;
- harmful behavior;
- suspicious activity;
- operational risk;
- reputational risk;
- advertiser safety;
- security concerns.
Kroyal is not obligated to disclose internal moderation processes, fraud detection systems, risk scoring methodologies, security procedures, enforcement thresholds, or investigative findings.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Access to the Services is revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and conditional. Kroyal may suspend or permanently terminate access to any account, feature, service, monetization program, payout functionality, verification status, community, event, or marketplace activity at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, integrity, or business purposes. Users have no ownership rights in:
- accounts;
- usernames;
- followers;
- visibility;
- engagement metrics;
- recommendations;
- monetization status;
- verification status;
- digital inventory;
- platform reputation signals.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Kroyal shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, unavailability, data loss, payment disruption, moderation failure, enforcement delay, or inability to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including:
- cyberattacks;
- infrastructure failures;
- hosting outages;
- cloud failures;
- internet disruptions;
- DNS failures;
- telecommunications failures;
- payment processor outages;
- banking disruptions;
- labor disputes;
- governmental actions;
- sanctions;
- legal restrictions;
- wars;
- terrorism;
- riots;
- pandemics;
- public health emergencies;
- natural disasters;
- civil unrest;
- power outages;
- third-party provider failures.
8. MUSIC & COPYRIGHT
Users may upload, distribute, synchronize, monetize, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available only content for which they possess all necessary rights, licenses, authorizations, consents, and permissions. Users are solely responsible for:
- music rights;
- master rights;
- publishing rights;
- synchronization rights;
- neighboring rights;
- mechanical rights;
- performance rights;
- artwork rights;
- licensing obligations;
- royalty obligations.
Kroyal may use:
- automated copyright detection;
- fingerprinting systems;
- content recognition technologies;
- automated muting;
- blocking systems;
- visibility restrictions;
- repeat infringer systems.
Kroyal may remove content or terminate accounts upon repeated or severe infringement allegations, whether automated, reported, suspected, or otherwise identified.
9. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Kroyal maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts associated with repeated intellectual property complaints, copyright claims, trademark violations, counterfeit activity, piracy, unauthorized media distribution, or abusive infringement behavior may be:
- restricted;
- demonetized;
- visibility-limited;
- suspended;
- permanently terminated.
Kroyal may consider:
- frequency of reports;
- severity;
- credibility;
- automated detections;
- legal notices;
- abuse patterns;
- evasion behavior;
- associated accounts.
10. EVENT LIABILITY
Organizers, not Kroyal, are the legal sellers, operators, promoters, and responsible parties for events, ticket inventory, attendee management, venue coordination, safety compliance, staffing, permits, insurance, taxes, refunds, and event execution. Kroyal provides only technology and intermediary infrastructure services. Kroyal does not guarantee:
- event legality;
- event quality;
- organizer legitimacy;
- attendance;
- venue safety;
- crowd management;
- security measures;
- regulatory compliance;
- event completion.
Venues are independent third parties. Kroyal does not control venues and assumes no responsibility for venue operations, staffing, safety procedures, permits, emergency response systems, or venue conduct.
11. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Refund eligibility, processing timelines, payout reversals, reserve requirements, dispute handling, chargeback allocation, and reimbursement obligations may vary depending on:
- applicable law;
- payment processor requirements;
- organizer classification;
- transaction risk level;
- fraud indicators;
- event category;
- jurisdiction;
- operational risk.
Kroyal may delay, withhold, reserve, reverse, offset, recover, or refuse payouts where reasonably necessary for:
- refunds;
- disputes;
- chargebacks;
- fraud investigations;
- payment processor requirements;
- risk management;
- legal compliance;
- reserve requirements;
- organizer liabilities.
Organizers remain fully liable for:
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- event cancellations;
- fraudulent sales;
- unauthorized transactions;
- payment disputes.
Payment processor fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, and third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable. Kroyal may maintain:
- rolling reserves;
- delayed settlements;
- fraud reserves;
- refund reserves;
- risk-adjusted payout schedules;
- payout caps;
- transaction limits.
Kroyal may recover negative balances directly from future payouts, connected payment accounts, reserve balances, reimbursement obligations, or legal collection procedures. Users, organizers, creators, merchants, and sellers authorize Kroyal to:
- reverse transactions;
- recover funds;
- deduct liabilities;
- offset outstanding balances;
- process reimbursement obligations;
- cooperate with payment processors;
- comply with card network requirements.
Kroyal may refuse refunds, suspend refund processing, or deny dispute claims where reasonably necessary for:
- fraud prevention;
- abuse prevention;
- suspicious activity;
- duplicate claims;
- manipulated transactions;
- payment risk investigations.
Chargeback ratios, refund abuse rates, excessive disputes, suspicious activity patterns, or elevated fraud indicators may result in:
- payout freezes;
- reserve increases;
- monetization restrictions;
- event removal;
- organizer suspension;
- marketplace restrictions;
- account termination.
Kroyal is not responsible for:
- organizer insolvency;
- organizer refusal to refund;
- venue cancellation losses;
- travel costs;
- accommodation costs;
- third-party losses;
- indirect financial damages arising from cancelled or modified events.
12. Payout Holds, Reserves & Financial Risk
Kroyal may delay, withhold, reserve, reverse, offset, recover, or refuse payouts where reasonably necessary for:
- refunds;
- disputes;
- chargebacks;
- fraud investigations;
- payment processor requirements;
- risk management;
- legal compliance;
- reserve requirements;
- organizer liabilities.
Organizers remain fully liable for:
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- event cancellations;
- fraudulent sales;
- unauthorized transactions;
- payment disputes.
Payment processor fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, and third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable. Kroyal may maintain rolling reserves, delayed settlements, fraud reserves, refund reserves, or risk- adjusted payout schedules.
13. KYC / AML
Kroyal may require identity verification, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, business verification, payment verification, source-of-funds verification, beneficial ownership verification, or other compliance procedures at any time. Kroyal may:
- freeze payouts;
- delay settlements;
- restrict transactions;
- reject transfers;
- suspend monetization;
- deny marketplace access;
- block jurisdictions;
- report suspicious activity;
- cooperate with regulators and financial institutions.
Failure to complete compliance procedures may result in restriction or termination of access. Kroyal may monitor transactions, user activity, payout behavior, account relationships, device associations, geographic patterns, velocity indicators, and behavioral signals for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, financial crime prevention, and platform integrity purposes.
14. MINORS POLICY
The Services are not directed toward children below the minimum digital consent age applicable in the user’s jurisdiction. Additional protections, restrictions, feature limitations, age-gating systems, messaging limitations, monetization restrictions, recommendation limitations, and safety measures may apply to minors. Kroyal strictly prohibits:
- child sexual exploitation;
- grooming;
- sexualization of minors;
- exploitative interactions involving minors;
- harmful contact solicitation;
- unsafe meetups involving minors.
Kroyal may report suspected exploitation to law enforcement or relevant organizations.
15. AI MODERATION
Kroyal may use automated systems, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence systems, behavioral analysis systems, trust scoring systems, and algorithmic enforcement systems for:
- moderation;
- fraud detection;
- recommendation systems;
- ranking;
- safety enforcement;
- spam prevention;
- abuse detection;
- payment risk management;
- platform integrity.
Automated systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, probabilistic, or erroneous outputs. Kroyal does not guarantee the accuracy of automated enforcement systems and may rely on automated signals when making platform decisions.
16. DATA RETENTION
Kroyal may retain deleted content, deleted messages, moderation evidence, fraud signals, metadata, payment records, device identifiers, IP logs, transactional records, and enforcement history for operational, compliance, legal, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, tax, audit, and security purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on:
- legal obligations;
- fraud prevention needs;
- operational requirements;
- payment processor requirements;
- security investigations;
- litigation preservation obligations.
17. MESSAGING SYSTEMS
Messages are not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. Kroyal may review reported messages, abuse reports, metadata, attachments, account associations, device identifiers, and communications where reasonably necessary for:
- safety enforcement;
- fraud prevention;
- abuse investigations;
- legal compliance;
- security investigations;
- moderation purposes.
Deleted messages may remain temporarily retained for moderation, abuse prevention, legal preservation, operational integrity, and security purposes.
18. VIRTUAL ITEMS & DIGITAL GOODS
Virtual items, subscriptions, digital badges, creator perks, digital access rights, platform currencies, digital collectibles, and other digital entitlements are licensed, not sold. Users obtain no ownership interest in digital items or virtual entitlements. Kroyal may modify, revoke, remove, discontinue, rebalance, restrict, replace, or terminate digital features or virtual items at any time. Digital goods may be unavailable, modified, revoked, or discontinued without compensation where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or business purposes.
19. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. Kroyal may suspend, terminate, modify, revoke, limit, or discontinue subscriptions, monetization programs, creator benefits, or digital access features at any time. Refund eligibility may vary depending on:
- jurisdiction;
- payment processor policies;
- creator policies;
- fraud investigations;
- abuse prevention;
- applicable law.
Creators remain solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, regulatory compliance obligations, and legal obligations arising from monetization activity.
20. ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
- engage in fraud;
- manipulate engagement;
- conduct scams;
- evade bans;
- distribute malware;
- distribute unauthorized surveillance tools;
- engage in terrorism or extremist activity;
- exploit minors;
- violate sanctions;
- conduct illegal gambling;
- conduct financial fraud;
- manipulate ticket inventory;
- abuse refund systems;
- abuse reporting systems;
- create deceptive synthetic media;
- impersonate others;
- scrape platform data;
- abuse APIs;
- conduct spam operations;
- coordinate harassment;
- engage in doxxing;
- facilitate illegal transactions.
Kroyal may take immediate enforcement action against accounts, content, events, listings, communities, or transactions associated with prohibited conduct.
21. COMMUNITY SAFETY
Kroyal may implement:
- reporting systems;
- blocking systems;
- age restrictions;
- content filtering systems;
- recommendation restrictions;
- trust scoring systems;
- anti-spam systems;
- fraud detection systems;
- automated moderation systems;
- visibility restrictions;
- identity verification systems.
Kroyal may cooperate with:
- law enforcement;
- regulators;
- payment processors;
- trust & safety organizations;
- anti-fraud providers;
- child safety organizations;
- security vendors.
22. PLATFORM ECOSYSTEM SEPARATION
Certain services, products, events, operations, productions, communities, or experiences associated with the broader Kroyal ecosystem may be operated by separate legal entities, organizers, partners, contractors, brands, or independent third parties. Operational association, branding alignment, platform visibility, verification status, promotional activity, or ecosystem participation shall not create:
- agency relationships;
- employment relationships;
- partnerships;
- joint ventures;
- co-organizer status;
- assumption of liability by Kroyal.
23. PAYMENT PROCESSORS & THIRD-PARTY
SERVICES
Kroyal may rely on third-party providers for:
- payment processing;
- hosting;
- analytics;
- moderation;
- fraud prevention;
- communications;
- infrastructure;
- cloud systems;
- identity verification;
- security systems.
Kroyal does not control and is not responsible for:
- third-party outages;
- processor decisions;
- payment delays;
- banking failures;
- infrastructure disruptions;
- third-party policy changes.
Third-party providers may independently enforce their own policies, restrictions, compliance obligations, or risk controls.
24. USER CONTENT LICENSE
Users retain ownership of their content subject to the rights granted herein. Users grant Kroyal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, display, transmit, monetize, analyze, promote, secure, and otherwise use content solely for operating, improving, protecting, promoting, and providing the Services. This license terminates within a commercially reasonable period following deletion of content, except where retention is reasonably necessary for:
- legal obligations;
- security purposes;
- fraud prevention;
- dispute resolution;
- backup systems;
- operational integrity;
- enforcement preservation.
25. USERNAME & VERIFICATION RIGHTS
Kroyal may:
- reclaim usernames;
- revoke usernames;
- reassign inactive usernames;
- remove impersonating usernames;
- revoke verification status;
- deny verification requests;
- remove misleading business identities.
Verification status does not constitute endorsement, certification, partnership, sponsorship, background verification, identity guarantee, safety guarantee, or legal approval.
26. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
Kroyal may restrict, limit, or terminate access to the Services in certain jurisdictions for:
- sanctions compliance;
- export control compliance;
- regulatory compliance;
- financial crime prevention;
- operational risk;
- legal obligations.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations, and reporting obligations.
27. APP STORE & PLATFORM COMPLIANCE
The Services prohibit:
- explicit pornography;
- child sexual exploitation;
- illegal gambling;
- malware distribution;
- dangerous criminal activity;
- sexual solicitation involving minors;
- unlawful surveillance activity.
Kroyal may implement content moderation, reporting systems, appeals systems, enforcement systems, blocking systems, age-gating systems, and safety restrictions to comply with platform distribution requirements.
28. ORGANIZER OBLIGATIONS
Organizers are solely responsible for:
- obtaining permits;
- venue compliance;
- staffing;
- crowd management;
- event insurance;
- health and safety compliance;
- tax compliance;
- refund obligations;
- attendee management;
- lawful event operation.
Kroyal may suspend, freeze, remove, restrict, or terminate organizer access where reasonably necessary for:
- fraud prevention;
- chargeback mitigation;
- public safety;
- venue disputes;
- terrorism concerns;
- legal requests;
- payment processor requirements;
- operational risk.
29. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION
Kroyal may investigate:
- suspicious transactions;
- linked accounts;
- device associations;
- unusual activity patterns;
- bot behavior;
- coordinated abuse;
- ticket fraud;
- refund abuse;
- payout manipulation;
- account evasion;
- synthetic identity activity.
Kroyal may use:
- automated risk scoring;
- machine learning systems;
- behavioral analytics;
- transaction monitoring systems;
- device intelligence systems;
- anti-fraud vendors.
30. NO WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
KROYAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- AVAILABILITY;
- SECURITY;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- EVENT QUALITY;
- USER LEGITIMACY;
- CONTENT LEGALITY.
KROYAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
- CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
- EVENTS WILL OCCUR AS SCHEDULED;
- USERS WILL ACT LAWFULLY;
- FRAUD WILL BE PREVENTED;
- SECURITY INCIDENTS WILL NEVER OCCUR.

- platform security;
- moderation;

- infrastructure providers;
- payment processors;
- analytics providers;
- moderation vendors;
- fraud prevention providers;
- support providers;
- security vendors.
Data may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy protections than the user’s country. Where required, Kroyal may implement safeguards including:
- contractual protections;
- data transfer mechanisms;
- organizational measures;
- technical safeguards.
34. BIOMETRIC & IDENTITY VERIFICATION DATA
Where identity verification systems are implemented, Kroyal or its providers may process:
- government identification documents;
- selfies;
- biometric identifiers;
- liveness checks;
- business registration documents;
- verification communications.
Verification systems may be used for:
- fraud prevention;
- payment compliance;
- trust & safety;
- marketplace integrity;
- legal compliance.
Kroyal does not guarantee that verification systems can fully detect fraud, impersonation, deception, or criminal activity.
35. TAXES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Users, creators, organizers, merchants, and sellers are solely responsible for:
- taxes;
- VAT obligations;
- sales taxes;
- reporting obligations;
- invoicing obligations;
- licensing obligations;
- financial reporting obligations;
- withholding obligations.
Kroyal may:
- collect tax information;
- request tax documentation;
- issue tax forms;
- withhold payouts;
- report transactions where legally required.
Kroyal does not provide tax, accounting, financial, investment, or legal advice.
36. MERCHANT & SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
Merchants and sellers are solely responsible for:
- product legality;
- fulfillment;
- delivery;
- inventory;
- product safety;
- customs compliance;
- consumer protection compliance;
- taxes;
- warranties;
- returns;
- recalls.
Kroyal may remove, restrict, suppress, de-rank, or terminate marketplace listings, sellers, products, or storefronts for:
- legal risk;
- operational risk;
- safety concerns;
- fraud concerns;
- counterfeit concerns;
- intellectual property complaints;
- low-quality conduct;
- payment processor requirements.
37. CREATOR MONETIZATION
Creator monetization programs, payouts, subscriptions, donations, digital goods, sponsorship opportunities, revenue sharing systems, promotional tools, and monetization features are discretionary platform programs. Kroyal may:
- modify monetization eligibility;
- suspend payouts;
- delay settlements;
- revoke monetization access;
- limit monetization features;
- adjust revenue models;
- apply reserve systems;
- investigate monetization abuse.
Creators are solely responsible for:
- taxes;
- disclosures;
- sponsored content compliance;
- advertising compliance;
- financial reporting;
- consumer compliance;
- intellectual property compliance.
38. SPONSORED CONTENT & ADVERTISING
Users, creators, organizers, and businesses are solely responsible for complying with applicable advertising, sponsorship, endorsement, disclosure, and promotional laws. Sponsored content, affiliate promotions, paid partnerships, endorsements, contests, and promotional campaigns must comply with:
- advertising regulations;
- consumer protection laws;
- disclosure obligations;
- intellectual property laws;
- platform policies.
Kroyal may remove, restrict, or label promotional content where reasonably necessary for:
- transparency;
- legal compliance;
- fraud prevention;
- advertiser safety;
- platform integrity.
39. API & AUTOMATED ACCESS
Unauthorized scraping, crawling, automated extraction, bulk collection, automated account creation, bot activity, or unauthorized API usage is prohibited. Kroyal may:
- restrict API access;
- revoke developer credentials;
- block automated systems;
- throttle requests;
- investigate abuse;
- pursue legal remedies.
Access to APIs or developer systems may be revoked at any time.
40. SECURITY & PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Users may not:
- bypass security systems;
- probe vulnerabilities;
- reverse engineer platform systems;
- interfere with moderation systems;
- manipulate recommendation systems;
- manipulate rankings;
- evade enforcement;
- use unauthorized automation;
- distribute malicious code.
Kroyal may:
- monitor platform integrity;
- deploy anti-abuse systems;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- preserve evidence;
- cooperate with security researchers;
- disclose incidents where legally required.
41. LAW ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL REQUESTS
Kroyal may preserve, disclose, report, or provide information where reasonably necessary for:
- legal compliance;
- law enforcement requests;
- fraud investigations;
- safety concerns;
- child safety investigations;
- intellectual property disputes;
- litigation preservation;
- emergency response;
- national security obligations.
Kroyal may preserve deleted content, account history, metadata, payment records, device identifiers, communications metadata, moderation evidence, and related information where reasonably necessary for investigative or legal purposes.
42. EMERGENCY SAFETY POWERS
Kroyal may immediately restrict, disable, freeze, remove, cancel, suspend, or terminate accounts, events, payouts, transactions, communities, content, messaging systems, or marketplace activity where reasonably necessary to prevent:
- imminent harm;
- fraud;
- violence;
- terrorism;
- exploitation;
- platform abuse;
- legal violations;
- large-scale spam;
- payment processor violations;
- public safety risks.
Emergency actions may occur without prior notice.
43. HIGH-RISK EVENTS
Kroyal may classify certain events, organizers, categories, venues, or activities as high-risk. Additional requirements may apply, including:
- identity verification;
- enhanced due diligence;
- reserve requirements;
- delayed payouts;
- insurance requirements;
- additional moderation;
- additional documentation;
- attendee restrictions;
- age restrictions.
Kroyal may prohibit or restrict events involving:
- weapons;
- extremist activity;
- dangerous activities;
- unlawful conduct;
- unsafe venues;
- financial crime risk;
- public safety concerns.
44. REPORTING & APPEALS
Kroyal may provide reporting systems, appeal systems, review systems, dispute systems, or enforcement review mechanisms. Kroyal is not obligated to:
- reverse enforcement decisions;
- provide detailed explanations;
- disclose internal evidence;
- disclose moderation methodologies;
- disclose fraud detection systems.
Repeated abuse of reporting or appeals systems may result in enforcement action.
45. NO FIDUCIARY DUTY
Kroyal does not owe fiduciary duties to users, creators, organizers, sellers, merchants, communities, or third parties. No relationship created through the Services shall be interpreted as:
- partnership;
- agency;
- employment;
- fiduciary relationship;
- investment advisory relationship;
- joint venture.
46. SEVERABILITY & SURVIVAL
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The following provisions shall survive termination:
- limitation of liability;
- indemnification;
- arbitration;
- payment obligations;
- fraud prevention rights;
- intellectual property protections;
- enforcement rights;
- data retention provisions;
- dispute resolution provisions.
47. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES & TERMS
Kroyal may modify, discontinue, suspend, replace, remove, limit, or update any feature, functionality, monetization system, recommendation system, marketplace functionality, event system, subscription system, API, or portion of the Services at any time. Kroyal may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms unless otherwise required by applicable law.
48. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with related platform policies, guidelines, disclosures, and supplemental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between users and Kroyal regarding the Services. No waiver of any provision shall constitute a continuing waiver. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver of enforcement rights.
